Welcome, I am so glad you found your way here. I enjoy creating art and inspiring community through ayurveda, sacred sound, bhakti, movement and energetics while being my quirky random unapologetic self.
✨Those who seek to work with me do so through one on one sessions, cacao and kirtan workshops, community yoga and community retreats. Along with my lifetime of experiences of being a human and finding ways of going through it, I too, struggled (and am still learning) in many ways due to our broken systems, leaving me sick and feeling at a loss and not knowing where to turn to finally feel better again. I enjoy to help others so they don't have to feel the same way. I hold multiple licenses and certifications in all the modalities I offer along with over 20 years experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
💜 I am a mama of two in the process of breaking the old paradigm, homesteading, homeschooling, helping mamas reclaim their power against the broken systems we have been thrown into.
⛸ Prior to owning Ananta Wellness Boutique with my sister, my first passion began on the ice. I began my journey as an ice skater when I was just seven years old. After touring with the sport professionally I took a break to build my wellness business that focus on clients wellbeing .

THE RITU RESET -
15 days to re-energize your mind, body and soul. this self paced program is pre-recorded and is a perfect introduction to introducing ayurveda and mindfulness to your everyday life, allowing you to learn how to bring peace within the chaos. If you have been curious about ayurveda, this is a perfect place to start. Ability to upgrade and have a one on one ayurvedic consultation and guidance is available.
1:1 LIMITLESS SESSIONS -
These sessions are booked per hour and are an integration of ayurvedic, sacred sound and energy work practices catered to the clients wants and needs. If you have been craving time for yourself to recalibrate your nervous system and feel balanced, love sound therapy and want to give your body a little "ayurveda love", this is the perfect offering.
RECLAMATION RETREATS -
This is an incredible option for you if you are wanting in-person connection and transformation in one of the most beautiful places on earth! Create soulful connections with new people and get to experience the jungle, beaches cooking, hiking waterfalls and have the space to tap into healing and movement all alongside likeminded people! CACAO + KIRTAN FUSION -
If you are interested in community gatherings and love or have an interest in Kirtan (a) beautiful form of meditation and self expression through music and chanting, uplifting the mind and spirit) along with experiencing the heart-opening effects of ceremonial cacao and meditation, this is the offering for you.

Is This Only for People in the Wellness Space?
These offerings are open to all with an open mind and heart. Men, women and even children with family specific led offerings (please inquire). All walks of life are welcome to experience these offerings.
Do I Have to Commit to Everything Long Term?
Everything and Everyone has a season.
Whether you are a long lasting client or simply seeing is something aligns, nothing has to be forever. You may rotate offerings as often or as little as you need. Speaking with me about your needs and desires will help me assist you with the best offerings for the season you are currently in right now.
My hope is that you love at least one of the offerings so much that you stay, even if it is once and a while. Just know however you decide to have me part of your journey, you will lovingly be considered part of my community.
