Properly store it when not in use to avoid tangling. Avoid excessive heat or moisture.

Each crafted Mala has its' own unique properties, no two malas are the same. All malas are created with 100% cotton thread and uniquely sourced crystals or beads. All Malas are created with traditional Brahmagranti knots, have been crafted with intention and infused with 16 rounds of the Maha Mantra (unless specified otherwise). Each mala also has specific lunar properties catering to when it was created.

The Mala I wanted sold out, can it be recreated? Although no two malas are the same, as long as the materials are accessible- a Mala can be recreated similarly to the original. Adjustments might need to be made

Can I wear my Mala? Yes, absolutely! If your Mala is intended to be worn as jewelry, be mindful of caring for it when not in use. Please see videos here on how to wear your Mala (coming soon). However, it is recommended to have a specific Japa Mala to respect and further engage your Japa meditative practice.

Custom Mala Orders, for orders requiring ordering specific materials- Please allow up to 3 weeks for a custom order (Unless otherwise specified). Custom orders not requiring additional / special orders can be ready between 1-2 weeks unless otherwise specified.

How can I choose my Mala? Malas can be physically viewed or tried on by making an appointment with Jussie either at Ananta Wellness Boutique or anywhere else discussed, potential vendor shows or on her Mala Instagram Highlights.

What Type of Payment is Accepted? Mala Purchases must be Venmo or cash at this time. If arrangement isn't made to physically pick up an item in person with shipment required, an additional fee will be required for shipping (price depending on the postal carrier)

All sales final. if your mala string snaps less than a year since your purchase, you receive one complimentary re-string of your mala if all beads are retrieved. Replacement of more than 5 beads will incur an additional fee. Please note: if materials need to be replaced and original materials aren't accessible, alterations to design might need to be made to replicate the original design as much as possible.
