This beautiful weekend retreat allows nature to be your sanctuary.

Join us while we honor the change of season, connect with nature all while we practice sound healing, soulful movement and heart opening practices. A chance to get away for two nights in a beautiful cabin nearing the Catskills.

Guests will check in Friday and join in the welcome ritual, with Saturday being a full day of connection and practice. Sunday we will close out our time together at the retreat center with the option to join us for a special visit into town. Our small day and weekend immersions are created for those craving a deep but spacious reset who might not be able to join us for our large-scale Reclamation Retreat.

This is a chance to slow down, breathe, and tune in to what truly matters.
